• " The staff was not helpful at all. The air unit in our room didn't work at all we had to open the window to get some kind of cool air in our room. We had to ask three times for a remote for the TV. We did not receive fresh towels on Saturday so we had to use the same towels all weekend. All night long all we heard were slamming doors and people yelling outside our room while the staff did nothing. I can safely say I will not be staying in that hotel again! "

• " My husband and I had a good time while staying here, but most of that was that we were alone! The room had some areas that were not as clean as you would expect, and the continental breakfast was disappointing. But we still had fun, and the staff was friendly. "
