• " You were charged for everything at this hotel. The indoor pool was freezing and you couldn't even enjoy it. The only up-side to the stay was the hotel's location. For the price, I expected a lot more. Valet service, which we were told by hotel staff covered our entire stay, was a per day charge and we were not aware of this until we checked out. There was not even a complimentary breakfast. The rooms were nice, but I have stayed at hotels that were just as nice, but not near as pricey. "
