• " Door lock did not work, room dirty in behind furniture, toilet seat had cleaning stains on it, bed not comfortable. "

• " We got to the hotel, the girl looked at our reservation and then told us that they didn't know which rooms were clean or dirty so, she didn't know if we had a room or not! I explained that we had already paid for our room, but she insisted on getting my credit card anyways and said that it didn't show that I paid. Then we were told that they didn't have a room! We waited over 30 minutes, while she checked in 3 other couples, who didn't have a reservation before we finally got our room. The bed was broken down in the middle and the room was old, but it was fairly clean. Convenient location, but terrible service! "
