• " If you're familiar with hotels in the Boston area close to downtown you know that parking overnight alone is nominally $35 to $40. This hotel includes free parking and is in a super location adjacent to Coolidge Corner with downtown access via Beacon to Commonwealth. It's clean and the staff is friendly. "

• " I had a different room every night because the first 2 were noising due to overhead HVAC systems that made the room hum and shake. The bathroom sink was broken in the first room and could not hold/drain water without begin adjusted from below sink. The TV remote didn't work in the second room. Aside from new carpeting the rooms appeared old and rundown. <BR/> "

• " Was difficult to find on dark. However, for a conveniently located hotel in a major U.S. city was reasonably priced and quiet. Would have preferred bath to shower in room. "

• " I had actually stayed in this hotel before. The rooms are cramped, the heating AC units were noisy and not functioning in our first room, or the second we were moved to. We had to move our own stuff to the new room. Don't want to stay in this hotel ever again, unless it is refurbished. <BR/> "
