I would stay at this hotel again but I would not dine at the hotel.

We were very frustrated with the hotel because there were ants in our room. I called the front desk to let them know, and they did not even apologize for the inconvenience. I will not stay at that hotel again. The Ramada Inn has a very good reputation, but this hotel did not uphold it.

Well first of all, the place was fine for the money we paid, but the hotel clerk gave us attitude. They give the guests vouchers for breakfast, and our first morning, we went down to eat only to find out that we couldn't. We complained to the front desk and they did give us free vouchers only for that day. And for what? It wasn't a super fancy meal or anything, just your standard continental breakfast that you get anywhere, such as make your own waffles, some eggs, bananas and apples, cereal, toast, and that was about it. We were then told that we could eat on the other mornings, but it would cost us $5.00 a person (and I thought forget that, I will hit up Perkins). Also if you want a quiet place, I would avoid staying there on the weekends. We were there Wednesday-Saturday, and the place was very quiet until Friday night rolled around. All we heard then was screaming and fights outside our window (mind you there is a Bar/Restaurant connected to the hotel), which drew a lot of people. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staffs were very friendly (they even worked around our daughters nap schedule). The pool was ok, but nothing to brag about. The hot tub was only about 90 degrees, and they told us they were having some heating problems with it when we were there, but that we could still use it if we wanted. The hotel itself is kind of out of the way, off the main drag, which can either be a hassle or a plus depending on what you like. Overall, I would say it was ok for the money we paid, but I would probably stay somewhere else next time, like the Super 8 (which happens to be very nice).
