• " The hotel was extremely noisy. We were on the 1st floor and by 11:30 pm I finally had to call the front desk to complain. People running up and down the halls. The breakfast room was full of people laughing and partying. When I called the front desk the phone rang 47 times before it was answered. The staff person did say that they would take care of it although it didn't quiet down for another hour. By 5:30 the next morning the people next door had the television on and were noisy enough to wake up our children. "
