• " A fire alarm was going off at 3:30 in the morning, we saw other people evacuating and did the same. We stood outside with our children in our pajamas, waiting to find out what was going on. None of the staff members came out to tell guests outside that it was a false alarm. The alarm went off for at least 15minutes or more. The next morning I was told that the reason the alarm went off for so long was that somebody had misplaced the keys for the alarm box. They said that they could not have prevented this from happening and therefore would not give any discounts. "
