• " I booked this place for my mom and sister. they were moved twice because the air was not working. The air in the final room quit working as well. The staff was not attentive to their needs. A simple request for extra pillows was treated as if it were putting the employee out. I asked my mom if she got the employees name and she had not. I booked this room hoping to utilize the "name your price function". however, I did not do it correctly and ended up booking the hotel at full price -- $90.00 per night. based on the report I received from my mom -- who never complains -- I will never use a comfort inn again. "
