• " Check-in clerk did not appear to know have familiarity with their system, then registered us to an occupied room where we barged in on the current resident. It took a different attendant, and another wait, for us to finally get our room. Our restaurant experience was that once we were seated we had virtually no service. Food was unremarkable considering the cost. Common, economy-rate accoutrements were lacking (no newspaper, even in the lobby, no easy check-out procedures). I have had many better experiences at much cheaper hotels. It's too bad, because it is a nice facility. I've also sent a letter with specific complaints to the management, waited nearly two weeks for a response, and received none. "
