• " We have used this hotel on two separate occasions in the past month and are very impressed by the nicely decorated and very clean rooms. Plus, the rooms have a good-sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The free breakfasts are the best and offer quite a variety! It's a very comfortable place to stay. "

• " The outside of the hotel does not look like much and the lobby smelled musty, which turned me off right away. However, the service was great and the rooms exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, a refrigerator and microwave were also in the room. We were in Rochester to go to the Mayo and when my appointment ran late, we called for a late checkout of 1:00 pm. We were told to take as much time as we needed. The service also exceed my expectations. We were not charged for the late check out either. The hotel is located about four blocks from the Mayo and I would stay at this hotel again. "
