The Radisson Plaza Hotel is completely non smoking. Featuring 5 large specialty suites with whirlpools. We also have a fabulous Plaza Club Level featuring complimentary hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, beer, wine and beverages with a late night snack of milk and cookies and breakfast in the morning. We are located in the heart of downtown with skyway access to the Mayo Clinic, Government Center and the Mayo Civic Auditorium.

• " We have stayed here twice. In July and September for Mayo Clinic appointments for my husband. While being under construction on both visits, the first time the staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The second visit, the desk staff seemed put out by requests. We probably will not return until after construction is over. "

• " Very disappointed in hotel, under renovation. First room was dirty and had to be moved. No computer service available. The day I left took me almost 25 minutes to get an elevator and had to use a service elevator to finally get out, had to return a rental car and catch a flight so experience very stressful to say the least. "

• " A/C did not work properly. Parking was terrible; nothing close for handicap. We had to walk through Skyways and up/down ramps. We had to pay an extra $10/day to park! "

• " The location is very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful although somewhat harried due to a large convention. Management probably should of put additional personnel on. The swimming pool was cold and the sauna non functional. "
