• " This hotel checked us out by mistake. At 1 am, another guest opened our door. The desk called demanding to know who we were and when we checked in. Everyone acted like it was no big deal. There was no apology, no contacting us by the manager. Nothing. There were many other incidents with desk clerks with bad attitudes. I would stay in hell before I would stay in that hotel again. "

• " Convenient location marred only by the fact that many ramps back onto the highway were closed due to construction. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and a selection of firmness in pillows. Only negative were the classic muscle cars parked in the hotel lot that were fired up early on a Saturday morning. "
