• " This hotel well above my expectations. The rooms were very nice and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was clean and very warm, which I like for relaxing at the end of the day. The breakfast was good and the nice lady running the breakfast room treated you like you were one of her own children. I travel to Jackson often for business and this place has been my favorite. "

• " The location of the hotel was in a safe location. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Very professional. The only problem I had in my room was the location of the mirror, it was in the hallway, it was not mounted correctly. I thought it was going to fall off the wall. I wished they had a small refrigerator in the room. No microwave in the room either. There was one downstairs in the breakfast room which was an inconvenience. "
