• " Overall the hotel was great. Spacious room with nice amenities. The manager, however, was rude and downright disrespectful. Rather than accepting that the customer is at least usually right, she wanted to argue over details. I didn't have time to squabble and told her so, though she kept right on talking loudly at me! Without her, the hotel would have been great. "

• " Thought the hotel was great overall. Only complaint was that I stayed there the night before I took my Professional Engineering exam, and even though I was placed in the room further away from the highway, I could still hear the traffic outside all night long as if the windows were wide open. Needless to say, I wasn't able to get the sleep I wanted before a huge test. I would stay there again, without a doubt, just not on a night where getting a full night's sleep was absolutely critical. "
