• " Stayed at neighboring Drury the night before, tried to save some money for second night stay. Regret. Room was smaller than Drury, and a bit on the dingy side. Made must have been in a hurry the night before... bed was made, but dirty towels on floor, trash in trash cans (including food wrappers), and ice bucket had melted water pooling around it. "

• " My sister came to have surgery at a hospital in the St Louis area. Concurrently, my bathroom was being renovated. So I obtained this room so she could recover. The staff were fabulous and responsive. But the hotel must have been 100% open to smokers at one time. Every place in the hotel is filled with stale cigarette odor and potpourri. There is<BR/>no source for fresh air and it would seem no one has allowed fresh air in there for some time. "
