Our check-in time was for 3:00. We got there around 5:00 and our rooms were not ready. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so. Breakfast was 7-9 and on the stroke of 9 everything was taken up! The check-in clerk was not very friendly, had the attitude of "does not care". The staff with the breakfast was friendly though. After everything was taken up they got thing for our little ones that we were traveling with.

The sheets felt like there was too much fabric softener on them and it sounded like someone was riding the cleaning carts at 3 am. We arrived at midnight and left at 7 am. I guess it was ok for that.

When my wife and I reached the hotel we felt very uneasy about the appearance of the guests hanging around the pool and lobby. It almost seemed like some people were living there. The cashier was very unkempt and it was generally dirty inside and out. When we went upstairs to the room, my wife took one look at it and said she would not stay there. The bed appeared to have been laid in and was dirty. I ended up having to drive home that night (150 miles) not arriving home until 2:30 AM. I guess I would say we didn't feel safe there.

Our bathroom was disgusting there was hair & dirt behind the door. When we asked for towels for the pool, one female in in particular was very rude & said I already gave you some. We had just returned back to the hotel & did not ask for any towels. Also the door card keys did not work after we returned, so we went & got new ones not even 30 minutes later they quit working. The same female was complaining that we were doing something to the keys because she just tried them. Her behavior was extremely rude & unacceptable. The female that checked us in on the first night was wonderful. Maybe the 2nd female should take lessons from the 1st. Wish I would have gotten their names.
