• " Outside appearance was clean - lobby inviting. Personnel on first day was friendly. Second day, I called front desk at 9 am, asking them to service the room while we were gone. We returned at 12:30 pm - room was not serviced. I called once more to request service. We left again, returning at 3:30 pm - no service to the room. I called the front desk for the 3rd time, complained about this - 20 minutes later someone showed up. Upon departure the next day I told the manager of my experience - she just said "we had a busy weekend.". "
