• " The EconoLodge was the least expensive hotel in the area but I still felt I was charged too much for the quality and service. Our heater did not work and we were not offered to switch rooms. The hotel staff followed us out of the hotel when we checked out and told us we had an additional charge for having a third person stay in our room, even though we were never asked how many were in our party. "
