• " It appeared to have been renovated. The bath had terrible caulking. There was an un-used phone jack in the bath. The soap/shampoo dispenser did not work. There was not a coffee pot, unable to make coffee. Hair dryer did not work. There was a hole in the carpet. The cable for the TV was fuzzy and unclear. The staff - was not purposely rude, but was rude - as if any call was an inconvenience. Very unwelcoming. "
