• " The staff members were kind and helpful, but I found the public facilities to be lacking and the room was not as clean as you would expect from a hotel. It was nice to have a refrigerator, burners, sink and microwave in the room. I don't like that they charge you to use the wireless internet and they don't provide a public terminal to connect to the internet. "

• " Great for extended stays on a budget. Lacked basic amenities (shampoo, etc.) - very inconvenient to find this out the morning I was trying to make a flight. Bed was hard and uncomfortable, proximity of first level rooms to the parking lot makes for some noise. "

• " I traveled through four states, and stayed at four different hotels. This was by far the cleanest of them all. I had to move the bed against the wall so my son would not fall out, and there was not even dust or crumbs under the bed! I also stayed at an Extended Stay in Kansas City, and I will look for Extended Stays everywhere I go from now on. "
