• " We asked for the front desk to bring a crib, they brought it with no sheets or blankets. I called and asked them to bring some, which they did promptly. The blanket could fit a double bed and felt like sandpaper. No sheet. Our son ended up sleeping with us. In the morning, we ate at restaurant. The service was incredible, kids eat for free and the food was excellent. Our waitress gave me faith that some people in the service industry still provide excellent customer service. This is coming from someone who has been in the customer service industry for over 15 years. "
