• " Hotel was clean, but room too small. The mattress was slanted. (2nd Holiday Inn Express bed to be like this in a week). The window was left open when I checked in and the temperature that evening was in the 20's. The heater kicked on every half hour and was too loud. "

• " The staff bickered with each other during a busy check-in. Problems in the room. I had been upgraded for free during previous stays. This stay they were unwilling to upgrade me. "

• " This was a great location and a nice, clean hotel. Trying to check in was very crowded as the lobby is quite small. The bathroom, although carefully planned space, was still too small. The door was far too close to the toilet when opening it. Beds were great, and the breakfast was above the usual continental breakfast offered on our trip (we stayed in 4 different hotels along the way). "
