• " The staff behind the desk seemed to be uncertain as far as working their computer screens and billing. We were trapped in the elevator due to a power outage and the elevator had no emergency lighting and the emergency buzzer did nothing. If we hadn't had a cell phone, I'm not sure anyone would have checked to see, if a guest was trapped. We called 911 and eventually, the front desk - the maintenance man opened the door and let us out. No sympathy expressed from the front desk, but the maintenance man helped us carry our luggage. We appreciated that. "
