• " My wife and I am accustomed to staying a much nicer hotels. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We requested a non-smoking room as my wife has a heart condition, we given a smoking room. We returned to the front desk to ask to be moved to an non-smoking room and the attendant was very rude. I explain that my wife had a heart condition and she could not be in a room where there was smoke, we were given a non-smoking room on the second floor. No elevators. From the looks of the hotel and where it was located, my wife didn't feel safe and I did not think our bags would be there if we left and returned. We check-out within 15 minute of checking in and was charged a nights stay. "
