Staff was friendly and accommodating, parking was easy, rooms very clean and beds comfortable. It is close to a freeway, but you would never know it. Rooms were quiet. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It was very close to the new Mexico university pit, we were there attending the gathering of Nations.

I had a good stay until I discovered that I had left my running shoes there and I called back the next afternoon when I was 6 hrs away, the employee that cleaned the room didn't have the respect to turn them in.

When we got to our room, the sink was stopped up, we called the front desk, they were going to send maintenance, nobody came to fix it, there were four of us in the room, not a good morning trying to get dressed.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The lobby was clean. Staff were friendly. There is a sign that says to leave your towels in the room, there were pool towels located at the pool. I took my kids swimming, there were no towels. The walk from the pool- then outside to access the entrance into the hotel was cold to say the least. The last night of our stay, there was a water main break in the ceiling just outside the room at 2am. They didn't call to warn us or try to relocate us. The floors in the room and hall were wet. My luggage and the socks I was wearing were soaked. I had to listen to water spashing and workers talking and laughing loudly instead of sleeping. At 8am my AC/heater was off- smelled like it was burning. 20 minutes later the power went off. I was glad I was checking out.
