Do not expect thick walls (I could hear everything next door), consistent hot water (went from hot to cold in the shower), a quiet air conditioner/heat unit (both were somewhat noisy). If you're on a budget and don't mind staying in a motel it is fine. It is not a place for a romantic get away. "
