We love this hotel. It's the best, largest hotel room in Santa Fe for the price. You can't beat the views. It's easy, quick access to the plaza (via car, of course). We've stayed at numerous hotels in Santa Fe over the past 14 years, and this is the only one we go back to!

It was decent; they should offer some kind of extra, warm cookie, breakfast bar or fruit. The staff needs to be trained to be people friendly. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is nice, but not what I consider a three star hotel.

Arrived on holiday, weekend and there was a wedding going on. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly. Thought we would hear a lot of noise front the wedding party, but it was quiet. Our room was clean and had an Indian-southwest theme. It was very clean and the bathroom condiments were really nice. We had to walk far for ice as there is only 1 ice machine in the hotel. The grounds were very well kept and the pool area although we did not get a chance to use it was beautiful. We had 2 excellent meals from the restaurant and a free Sunday am paper. Location was great for getting to the Santa fe shopping as well as getting around to many things we were interested in seeing in the area. We had a great experience.
