• " The Residence Inn is in a quiet neighborhood just a 10 minute drive from the Santa Fe Plaza. Rooms are large and well furnished -- the bed was top notch. Carpeting, in-room kitchen and bathroom flooring need some updating or maintenance. We could also hear our upstairs neighbor walking around in the night. We really liked the breakfast buffet -- it contained real eggs, sausage, etc. and decent coffee. A big plus: the friendly staff recommended an excellent, local place for dinner. <BR/> "

• " Check-in &amp; out was fast; staff was very helpful &amp; friendly; in the room just nit-picky things like the kitchen counter at the edges of the stove top were not clean; had to move the couch to get DSL line to reach to it &amp; under the couch hadn't been vacuumed in awhile; the extra toilet paper roll was on a shelf in a closet in the sitting area, which is not the best idea for a handicapped-accessible room. The deck for entrance to the upper floor room leaked rain water right down onto the entrance to my room. Someone more disabled than I would have had difficulty getting into the room without getting soaked. Breakfast was fine, though they need more than 1 toaster - people waited a long time for it. Otherwise, it was a suitable and pleasant experience. "

• " Our family really enjoyed this hotel. We would definitely stay there again if traveling through Santa Fe. Nice accommodations and friendly staff. Quiet location with easy access and ample parking. Near old town with good freeway access. "
