• " The afternoon we arrived the staff on duty upgraded our room to a larger one. (At no extra charge) he was very helpful when we needed extra stuff for our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room we stayed in was very clean. The location is excellent. Both my husband and I were very happy with our stay. We would stay there again. "

• " The staff was fantastic; the room was clean and serviceable. The hotel was playing host to a university homecoming, but the desk staff made sure we had a room away from the noise and mayhem. High speed internet was no fuss and the room had a CAT5 cord for fast hook-up. Downtown Binghamton is not exactly the prettiest place to spend time, but this hotel is a jewel in a sea of stones. "
