• " The carpet was wet, whether due to a leak or rainfall. There were 4 of us sharing a room, only 2 bath towels 4 wash clothes and 2 hand towels were provided even after we requested more. The door did not close securely and the security lock was wobbly .I must admit the bed linens were clean. "
