• " Our room was not cleaned by the housekeeping staff. After a very long day, we returned to find beds unmade & bathroom not cleaned - no fresh linens, etc. Upon complaining to the front desk, two employees came to our room (after 9 p.m.) to clean & make the beds. Not likely to stay in this hotel again. "
