• " When I stepped out of the shower and grabbed a towel, I discovered it had dried snot on it. The AC was broken in the room; if you tried to set the thermostat to cool, it would blow out hot air. When I complained, the hotel's response was to open the window, which allowed me to hear the sound of people shouting outside while I tried to fall asleep. However, the hotel was very nicely decorated and fancy toiletries. <BR/> "
