• " Nice hotel-good location in Chelsea if that is a desirable location. Hotel staff however is very rude and quite obviously hate their jobs and the customers they work with - this was true of EVERY person I dealt with at the hotel except the maid, who was very friendly and greeted me at all times. Check in staff should be fired, period. "

• " I thought this hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The location worked if you need to be in the Chelsea area but not much to do in the immediate vicinity. I would, however, highly recommend this hotel. "
