• " Decent. Apparently "great" for NYC from NYC friends who saw the suite I was upgraded to. Seemed slightly above average from a national business traveler perspective. Customer service was attempted but it failed. Had my bag sent to the wrong room which was frustrating. I couldn't change before making my dinner reservation. They certainly tried and had the right attitude generally but they just kept missing the mark. "
