• " I was disappointed. The housekeeping service prepped our room using dirty towels, the coffee maker had mildew inside the water well and the premises had no elevator. This was not a problem for me (I traveled light) however dragging my spouse's luggage up the stairs was annoying. The stairwells between floors were narrow which also made my bellhop duties difficult. The lighting in the hallways left you feeling that it was always 11pm no matter what the actual time of the day is/was and gave me the feeling that I was staying in an SRO. I should stay at the Hilton down the block. "
