• " Food was among the worse I have had anywhere. We ordered room service and when my son bit into this hamburger it was cold not because it sat, but because it was barely cooked! I found my burger to be the same way. My son got very ill, I called to complain but no one seemed to care. "

• " The location was good, ten minutes walk to Niagara Falls State Park. I<BR/>had two rooms there, one of them was not cleaned when we checked in. The cup was dirty and without towels there. And it was very smoky in the aisle. But another room was quite okay. "

• " This hotel is awesome for the location being right across from the Casino. It is super clean and the bed is really comfortable. The only bad thing is that it always smells like smoke in the non-smoking rooms. They were nice enough to bring an air cleaner into the room, but it still smelled like smoke afterwards. Either way, I would still go back there because other than the smoke smell, the hotel is great. "
