The hotel was completely and wholly terrible. It is located in a college town - which happens to be my alma mater - and we (wife and myself) were there to celebrate alumni weekend. We arrived on Friday, went out to see old friends that night, and would up getting back to the room pretty late. Maid service knocked on the door around 11:00 AM, and we asked them to come back later. They did not come back. When we called the front desk, we were told that because the cleaning people had gone home for the day, there were no towels or clean sheets available at that time (around 2:30 PM), but maybe around 5:00. Ended up having to borrow towels from the pool area. We left close to 6:00 for dinner and had to stop at the office on the way out to ask for sheets and towels again. When I brought this all up at checkout on Sunday, I was given attitude, and told that the manager was not there to receive my complaint. I left my name and number and was not contacted by the manager. The room was never touched by any staff member of the hotel, and we were given a generally pissy attitude my most of the staff.

We slept very well, the beds were extremely comfortable. It was quiet and we were able to relax after a long drive. Bathroom was clean.

They need to upgrade and renew all furniture including mattresses regardless of smoking or non-smoking rooms; it didn't matter they were both horrific.

The hotel was what you could expect for an economy class hotel. It was close to shopping centers and for the most part clean.
