• " I called the hotel directly to verify that the amenities I needed would be available. (Pool, breakfast, coffeemaker in room) The person I spoke with on the phone told me the pool was being worked on but was not forthcoming about the nature of the repairs. She did not tell me that the pool would not be repaired in time for my stay. With the Empire State Games in Rochester I was unable to find another hotel and my children were very disappointed. The rate was too high for the amenities offered! "
