• " The bathrooms were something from the 1970's (probably the last time they were cleaned.) When I checked out I signed a statement with the total then found a different total charged to my cc and 3 days later they still do not have an answer back to me why the disconnect. The lobby was clean, the indoor pool was nice. Would not recommend, there are many other choices in Saranac Lake/Lake Placid area. "
