• " Overall I would give the hotel a B-. It was clean and the staffs were friendly. However, the heat/air conditioning unit in the room did not work. Also, check-out is at 11:00a.m. I was moving my belongings out of the room and into my car and my hotel key had already been canceled so I had to get a cleaning lady that was already going through the rooms to open the door for me. That happened at around 10:30a.m., a half hour before check-out! "

• " The hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly. The room was large but the refrigerator was noisy and had to be unplugged. The mattress was the really big problem. It was like sleeping on a board. There was no padding at all. If the mattress problem was resolved, this would be a great value. "
