• " The hotel was very clean, had great brochures in the lobby. The last morning we were there, there was a water problem with the hotel and there was no water. I asked the front desk person for options such as being able to go to one of their other facilities to shower or a discount on the room. He just looked at me like I was nuts that I was asking for options. I would not go back to a Days Inn. I understand problems arise but they need to be able to manage the problems. "
