• " Overall, I am very pleased with the Best Western Blue Ridge Plaza. My room got noisy when the room above us was using the bath/shower, but it was only noticeable when I had zero noise in my room. My mattress was hard, but I am admittedly very picky about beds, so it may be fine for others. The staff would make me come back again - they were very helpful about local restaurants and navigating around town. "
