• " Arrived after midnight only to discover no parking except on the motel side away from room. When reached room discovered one small single. No double as reserved and paid for! Did not have another room. Left and found another motel at 1:00 am. Desk clerk was very rude and not helpful. Informed me that reservations were not HIS problem. The final straw with Hampton. Will never use either again! "

• " The lobby entrance is attractive. The new laptop computer in the lobby provided access to email that was appreciated. The staff was always pleasant and accomodating. A small exercise room would have been a nice additional feature. Checking in and out was very easy. "
