• " From the outside landscaping to the laundry room and everything in between, this hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff was the must customer friendly staff that I have met in quite some time. I would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in the Charlotte, NC area. I'm already planning a return trip and will hopefully be able to stay here. "

• " Not a 2 1/2 star hotel, had many good qualities, but had a noisy bathroom fan, poor shower curtain, and cheap towels. Television had very poor reception, for having cable TV. "

• " The staff was friendly and we felt like we were in a safe environment; however, the room assigned to us was located next to the buildings laundry facility. Two large dryer vents created a loud, vibrating type noise. This would not have been such a big issue had the laundry been done during daytime hours, but instead the laundry was being done past midnight. Needless to say, it made sleeping very difficult. I feel that after we inquired about the source of the noise and registering our complain about the noise that they should have either ceased doing the laundry or moved us to another room. The facility was large and was not even close to being filled. I am not sure why they have a guest room next to the laundry. "

• " It is geared towards the long term stay for budget clientele. It was uncomfortable to enter and exit the hotel in the evening in that other guests hung out by the doorway to smoke and drink together. As a single female, passing through a crowd of partying men, it was very uncomfortable. I can say however that the desk staff was very friendly and there was memory foam on the bed which made for a good nights sleep. "
