• " The facility is showing some age and/or the effects of low maintenance, although it was kept clean. Desk staff was unable to give clear directions--whether because of a language barrier or just that some people are directionally challenged, I do not know. The housekeeper was the only person who engaged in something like a conversation with me; desk personnel kept it to a minimum, and no one was even at the desk when I first arrived (early-afternoon). Other than housekeeping--whom I have praise for--staff gave the impression of being too busy, too indifferent, or unable to communicate effectively. The rooms were quiet and fresh towels were supplied even when I did not need them. It was an adequate experience for me, but had my family been with me, it would have been less so. <BR/> "
