• " This by far was the worst Best Western I have ever been to. The rooms were not sound proof; people could be heard running upstairs all night long. No place to eat or have a drink, no lounge. Movies to order was out of service, 3 calls to correct were in vain, turned TV off at 8 pm. terrible place to stay will never stay again. "

• " Best Western has improved an already-good hotel (formerly Amerihost). Most hotels don't get it, but here they do: the pool is warm! Plus there's a hot tub, so it's practically the best swimming hotel in the country. However, since Best Western took over the room (air) temp in the pool is too cold, which detracts from the swim experience. Breakfast is a notch above the typical lame lobby breakfast. They've expanded the eating area. Location is great, university and highway 81 are convenient. "
