Everything went well, except the bed we had was a sleep number. And it felt like sleeping on an air mattress.

My father, my two 6 year olds, and I stayed at the Radisson-Sharon for 1 night. The rooms we had were non-smoking and adjoining-which was nice. The sheets had many cigarette burns and even more holes throughout all of the bedding in both of our rooms. The pool was under construction and I was not notified until check-in. I would not have stayed there had I known. One of the toilets overflowed everywhere. I have stayed in 1 or 2 star hotels that were much better. I have informed my family that lives in the area to not refer anyone to that hotel.

For the price, this hotel was sub par. The room was a decent size and the Jacuzzi was very nice, but the other amenities, including the sleep number bed, were unnecessary and not always enjoyable. The service at the bar was terrible and the food was burnt. When we required assistance, the customer service staff was friendly but not always helpful. For example, when I asked the reception staff how much the hotel would hold on my credit card they could not give me a straight answer and that resulted in difficulties later in the trip. The strangest part of this hotel was the presence of the courtyard, which we had to walk through in order to get to our room, despite the fact that a formal function was being held there. One of the most disappointing aspects of the trip was that the Jacuzzi was not cleaned for our second night and therefore we only used it once. In general, I believe that the hotel has many qualities that would make it desirable to visit again, but for the price the overall experience was definitely lacking.

Very pleasant place to stay. Very polite and helpful staff. Nice and clean and quiet. The beds are excellent I give them a 5 star rating. Best hotel to stay at in western pa.

The rooms were clean and attractively decorated. The pool and atrium were a pleasant interlude on a cold snowy weekend. Everything we wanted was conveniently located for use.
