• " I've stayed at this hotel in the past, which is why I wanted to stay here with my male companion. However, the renovations were somewhat annoying and it certainly was not as accommodating as I remembered. I believe our room was already renovated, but the bathroom door was sticky and seemed homemade. For this area of York, this is the nicest hotel but this was not evident this time. "
