• " Clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff, didn't try to nickel and dime you to death with additional amenities. Free internet and local calls, 1 complimentary bottle of water in room at arrival and they even sold us 50% off tokens for the Toll Bridge into Newport. If I had a complaint, it would only be to mention that they have a rather small workout area. "

• " Clean, good location convenient to University of Rhode Island, Beaches and not far from Newport. Rooms comfortable but walls were not sound proofed enough. Restaurant too pricey for a Holiday Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again at this price. "
