• " Very unfriendly staff at front desk with no hospitality, either at check in or at 4AM. We were woken up at 4AM by an exercise user watching loud TV in the exercise room, which was located right next to our room. Staff was very reluctant to ask 4AM exercise person to lower TV. When we got angry, she finally agreed to talk to person. We heard her ask the man to turn down TV, and he did, but the machine noise continued. Carpets old & crummy looking. "
